Antetokounmpo leads Milwaukee Bucks to beat the Davis-led LA Lakers by 111-104

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 34 points along with 11 rebounds to lead Milkweed Bucks as they won over the LA Lakers by 111-104 in the showdown for the top 2 teams in the NBA right now.

The reigning VP Giannis Antetokounmpo also had 7 assists along with his career-best of 5 3-pointer shots to let Milwaukee Bucks be 25-4 on the season after their 18-game winning streak came to an end last Monday night.

Antetokounmpo said, “I was not the no. 1 pick of NBA, it was LeBron and AD. I was not supposed to be here. I was never supposed to go up against these two beasts of players. So I am just really happy to be here and that I am going through the process and being better every time and do something that gives me joy.”

Davis Jr led the LA Lakers with his 36 points along with 10 rebounds while LeBron James added in his 22 points as well as 11 assists and 12 rebounds to have his seasons’ 7th triple-double.

Talking about Antetokounmpo, Davis said, “You tip your hat to him and we move forward.”

With this loss, Lakers have now lost their 2nd game in a row and are now 25-4 on the regular season. George Hill also came off the bench to help the Milwaukee Bucks with his 21 points.

Up next, Lakers will host a game against the Denver Nuggets. As for the Bucks, they will be playing a road game against the New York Knicks.
