Antetokounmpo scores 30 points as Bucks beat Celtics by 120-107

The Slow start for the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night was suddenly turned into a frustrating and long night for their opponents Boston Celtics.

The game between Milwaukee Bucks VS Boston Celtics ended with Bucks win against the Celtics by 120-107.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, like all the other time this season, was the hero of Bucks as he led the team with his 30 points. He was also the one who got his team an early lead of 16-0 on Friday night.




Antetokounmpo said, “We only tried to play a bit harder and a bit sharper tonight.” Antetokounmpo also had 8 rebound and 5 assists in addition to his 30 points.

Other players from Bucks like Kate Middleton scored 21 points with 9 rebounds whereas Tony Snell added in his 15 points and Thon Maker scored 12 points for the Bucks. With this win, Bucks have now won 6 of their last 7 games.

Antetokounmpo talking about his team’s performance said, “We have not lost twice this year. It’s a good feeling to come in here and get a win because we play so well at home”.

Celtics were led by Kyrie Irving who scored 15 points off his 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Celtics were missing their two top tier centers and forward Marcus Morris. Milwaukee Bucks were not hesitant to take advantage of their absence.

Boston coach Brad Stevens said, “If you dig a hole against them, it’s harder to crawl back. They are one heck of a team”.

Malcolm Brogdon of the Bucks also added in his 10 points with 9 rebounds for the night. Boston also sent Antetokounmpo to the foul line 17 times and he was able to get 13 free throws.

Up next, Milwaukee Bucks will play a game against Mimi Heat on Saturday night while Boston Celtics will host a game against Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.
