Anthony Davis with his 44 point lead Pelicans push past Thunders for a 118-114 win

On the Wednesday night game of basketball between New Orleans Pelicans vs. Oklahoma City Thunders, Pelicans came out victorious by 118-114.

Anthony Davis was the star for the Pelicans with his 44 points and 18 rebounds. Davis after the game said to media, “Whatever the coach asks me to do, whatever the team needs me to win, I am going to do it”.




This season alone, Davis has played in 30 games for the team and averaged in 37 minutes per game.

Other players from Pelicans side like Jrue Holiday scored 20 points with 10 assists whereas Julius Randle added in his 22 points for the night.

Thunders were led by Paul George who scored 25 points with his 11 rebounds whereas Dennis Schroder scored 24 points. Russell Westbrook scored 20 points with 4 steals while Steve Adams scored 20 points for the Thunders.

Davis scored 18 of his total points in the third quarter.

Up next Oklahoma City Thunders will visit Denver to play against Denver Nuggets on Friday whereas New Orleans Pelicans will host a game against Miami Heat on Sunday.
