Arsenal, Roma, Frankfurt, and Rangers all advance in the Europa League

Bukayo Saka, the teenager of the Arsenal scored his one goal for the team to let them have another 2-2 draw at the Standard Liege and to also be able to advance to the next stage of the Europa League.

This result means that Arsenal will now be finishing at the top of Group F in led to Eintracht Frankfurt, which lost the game to Vitrotira by 3-2 at home game.




But surprisingly Borussia Mönchengladbach, the leader of Bundesliga, were defeated by Istanbul Basaksehir by 2-1 as Enzo Crivelli scored a goal for the tea during injury time to send the Turkish team to the knockout stage.

Other clubs that advanced to the knockout stages of the Europa League are the Roma, Porto, Rangers, Getafe, Copenhagen, and Cluj.

Group B was won by Malmo with their 1-0 against Copenhagen which has also joined the Swedish club for the next round.

As for Getafe, they were in need of a draw minimum against Krasnodar to advance the Europa League Group C but they managed to do it with a 3-0 win instead. Club advanced in Group E with their 2-0 win against the group winner club Celtic.

The 1-1 draw between Ferencvaros and Ludogorets allowed for Ludogorets to advance from Group H to knockout stages. Sevilla

The round-of-32 draw will be made on Monday next week.

The Group L was won by Manchester United with their 4-0 win against group’s 2nd placed AZ Alkmaar. United scored all 4 of their goals during the first 11 minutes with Mason Greenwood making 2 goals and then Ashley Young to give Manchester United a dominant lead and then finally a penalty converted by Juan Mata.

As for the 5 times champion of the Europa League, Sevilla failed to maintain their perfect record of the group stages as they lost the game by 1-0 against APOEL for Group A matches.
