Carl Frampton wins over Tyler McCreary with unanimous points decision

Carl Frampton of Northern Ireland was able to stay on the right course for his one more world title fight after he defeated Tyler McCreary for a unanimous points win. The fight was held in Las Vegas.

McCreary was downed by Carl Frampton 2 times in the fought; one from the body shot during the 6t round and the 2nd time from hooks to the body during the 9th. Carl Frampton was able to seal his win by the unanimous decision points of 100-88 from the three ringside judges.

This victory for Frampton occurred despite him telling in the post-fight interview that he might have broken his left hand again in the 2nd round. The last time he injured his hand was back during the fight in the camp.

Carl Frampton, with this win, will now hope to have a shot for the WBO Super Flyweight title belt. For this title, he will fight against the current champion named Jamel Herring. In the past, Frampton has been in possession of world titles like the featherweight and the Super Bantamweight.

There is also news that the 32 years old fighter will soon have a fight against Oscar Valdez who is making his debut in the same division as he won the debut fight against the brave Adam Lopez by stoppage.

Valdez, who is the former champion of the WBO Featherweight division, was floored by Lopez dring the 2nd round but then went on to cause stoppage victory in the 7th.
