Cody Bellinger is definitely having a better day than you.

The right fielder of the LA Dodgers MLB team and the front runner for the MVP award of the national league was able to celebrate his 24th birthday in a dramatic fashion as he struck a massive homer in a Dodgers VS Red Sox game held on Saturday night at the Fenway Park in Boston. As he reached the home plate, the crowd greeted Bellinger with chants of M-V-P.

This homerun of Bellinger has tied him with the current MVP Christian Yelich for the lead of league’s home run which is 31. The battle for the MVP honors is still ongoing in between the Milwaukee Brewers outfield and Bellinger but the crowd has raised their voice as to who should be the real winner.

Another player of the Dodgers shined on the night as well. It was AJ Pollock who made his return after an injury. He followed suit of his teammate as he blasted a homer of his own to give Dodgers lead of 7-2.

Talking about the chants of fans in his favor, Bellinger said, “It is incredible, currently our fans are traveling all over the world.”

Los Angeles Dodger won the game by 11-2 to improve their MB record at 61-33.
