Fabbri scores 2 goals to lead Detroit Red Wings 5-2 victory to end 12-game losing streak

Robby Fabbri was phenomenal for the Detroit Red Wings in their Thursday night game against the Winnipeg Jets as he scored 2 goals to lead Red Wings 5-2 victory over the Jets. With this win, the Detroit Red Wings have finally ended their 12-game losing skid.

Both goals scored by Fabbri were able to net inside after moving them past the body of Neal Poink, the defenseman of the Jets.  It was simply a fortunate night for the Detroit Red Wings who had previously been 0-10-2 on the season for their last 12 games. They lost 10 games in a row at the regulation. Other goals were scored by Darren Helm, Filip Zadina, and Filip Hronek respectively.

As for the Winnipeg Jets, there 2 goals were scored Kyle Connor both times.

The scoring sheet for the Detroit Red Rangers was opened up by Hem following many blunders made by Jets’ Nathan Beaulieu. The first time Beaulieu let the puck get past him near Detroit’s blue line and then chased it down near the end zone but then let the puck slip away from him to Helm.

As for other matches of the league of Tampa Bay Lighting VS Boston Bruise, it ended with 3-2 win for the Lightings. Steven Stamkos scored 2 goals for the team as they sent the slumping Boston’s with another win. In the last 4 games, Stamkos has scored 66 goals.

As for the game of New York Islanders VS Panthers, it resulted in a 3-1 victory for the Islanders. Devon Toews and Mathew Barzal scored goals respectively in the power plays while their goalie Thomas Greiss had 32 saves to lead the team’s win over Florida Panthers.

Pittsburgh Penguins ended the hopes of Columbus Blue Jackets for a draw with a late goal in the OT to end the competition by 1-0.

The only goal of the game was scored by Bryan Rust at 3:02 mark of the OT to hand Penguins their win.
