KL Rahul behind the stumps has been spot-on in the game. Be it, keeping, taking DRS calls, and captaincy, he has been brilliant. However, he stole the limelight with the cheeky question he asked South African spinner Keshav Maharaj.
As Keshav Maharaj came out to bat after the fall of Wiaan Mulder’s wicket, the DJ at the stadium played the ‘Ram Siya Ram’ song. India’s captain looked stunned by it and he cheekily went to the South Africa spinner and asked him whether DJ plays this song every time he comes out to bat.
In the video that has gone viral on the internet, KL Rahul was heard asking Keshav Maharaj: “Keshav bhai every time you come to bat they play this song.” Replying to which the Proteas spinner said: “Ya”.
