Indianapolis Colts 21-7 Houston Texans: Colts progress in playoffs with the Wild Card win

Indianapolis Colts were able to book a divisional round playoff match next weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs after inning their wild card match against the Houston Texans on Saturday by 21-7.

Colts running out on the field of the NRG Stadium in Houston managed to score TDs on their first three possessions.

Andrew Luck threw two TD passes while Marlon Mack ran for a two-yard scoring run.

Andrew Luck, The QB for the Colts finished 19 of his 32 passes for 222 yards as he found tight end Eric Ebron and wide receiver Dontrelle Inman in the end zone.

Texans

Texans were not able to do anything as they were left scoreless for h first half. The closest they ever came to scoring was when they were on 4th down and 1 at the Colt’s nine-yard line just before the break. Unfortunately Deshaun Watson’s pass thrown to DeAndre Hopkins fell incomplete.

Deshaun Watson; QB for the Houston Texan completed 29 of his 49 passes for 235 yards along with one TD and one pick. DeAndre Hopkins who struggled with an injury only managed to catch five catches or 37 yards.

FIRST QUARTER

Colts 7-0 Texans: Andrew Luck made a six-yard touchdown pass to Eric Ebron.

Colts 14-0 Texans: Marlon Mack made a two-yard touchdown run.

SECOND QUARTER

Colts 21-0 Texans: Luck made an 18-yard touchdown pass to Dontrelle Inman.

THIRD QUARTER

FOURTH QUARTER

Jaguars 21-7 Texans: Deshaun Watson made a six-yard touchdown pass to Keke Coutee.
