Another sports power couple took their relationship to another amazing next level and it was during the weekend of Memorial Day.
JJ Watt, the defensive end for Houston Texans popped the big question to his girlfriend Kealia Ohai and to his expectations, Kealia Ohai said Yes. Watt announced the news to his fans on Sunday over social media.
Watt wrote on his Twitter account, “I’m the luckiest man in the world. #SheSaidYes.”
Ohai is the player for the National Women’s Soccer League team Houston Dash and has since her debut from back in 2014, she has scored 27 goals. Ohai has also made 3 appearances in the US women’s national soccer team as she scored her international goal back on 23rd October 2016. At that time she entered the USWNT as a substitute.
As for Watt, he is the 3-time NFL Defensive End of the Year. Back in 2017, Watt was awarded the Walter Payton Many of Te Year Award following his fundraising efforts for the unfortunate aftermath of the Hurricane Harvey.
In a mere 19 days, Watt was able to raise a sum of more than 37 million dollars for relief purposes. His starting goal was to raise only about 200000 dollars which he started by adding his won 100000 dollars.
