Pacers beat Hawks by 116-108 for 5th consecutive win

Myles Turner has provided the Indiana Pacers with more physical perseverance in last one month.

They are also hoping that he keeps his perseverance going.

The Monday night game between the Indiana Pacers VS Atlanta Hawks ended with Pacers win by 116-108.

Myles Turner was the star of the Pacers as he scored 20 points with 8 rebounds and four blocks in his less than 24 minutes of gameplay.




All-Star guard Victor Oladipio said after scoring 22 points, said about Turner, “luckily it was not anything major. He will be back, he will be back. He will be alright with the mask but he is going to have to get used to it”.

Turner left the court with 4:04 minutes left to the third quarter and did not return back to the court.

While Turner’s current status for the upcoming Friday night’s game is unclear, but one thing is for sure, that he is playing the best basketball of his four-year career. His scoring has increased so has his rebounding and blocking in the past two years in NBA.”

In the Oladipio’s 11-game absence he had been the one who played a key role in the Pacers’ 7-game winning streak in mid-December ad their 5-game winning streak they are currently holding on to.

As for Atlanta Hawks, they were led by John Collins who scored 22 points with his 16 rebounds whereas rookie player Kevin Huerter scored his season high 22 points. This included his season high of 6 3-pointer shots in a single game.

Bazemore of the Hawks is expected to miss out on still two weeks for the team with his sprained right ankle. He got injured in team’s match against the Cleveland Cavaliers back on Saturday’s night game. Hawks are also playing without their center Dewayne Dedmond ho is suffering from a sore left ankle.

Up next, Hawks on their three-game road trip will play against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday while Indiana Pacers will play against the Chicago Bulls on Friday
