Pacers send Cavaliers to 10th straight loss after 123-115 win

The Indian Pacers after the victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers had many things to be displeased at.

Pacers were displeased as they had to make several plays in the closing minutes of the game to hold off the Cavs to win by 123-115. With this defeat, Cavs have lost their 10th game in a row.

Pacers coach Nate McMillan said, “We have got to be better than that and we know it. We got off to a really good start and then in the second half we played the scoreboard.”

Pacers were led by Thaddeus Young who scored 26 points and Bojan Bogdanovic added in his 23 points for the team. Victor Oladipo after getting a basket from Young closed the game with his 17 points.

Cavs also suffered another major blow to them when their forward Larry Nance Jr. suffered a right knee injury during the first quarter. Cavs now stand at 8-33 on the season.

Domantas Sabonis of the Pacers scored 15 points for the team. Pacers have now won seven of their last 8 games.

As for the Cavs, they were led by Jordan Clarkson who scored 26 points for the team.

Other players from Cavs’ side, Alec Burks scored 19 points; Tristan Thompson scored 15 points and 13 rebounds while rookie point guard Collin Sexton scored 14 for the team.

Up next, Indiana Pacers will play against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday while Cleveland Cavilers will play against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday.
