Jayasuriya has returned to the fold at SLC after previously being banned by the ICC’s anti-corruption unit for two years in 2019. His ban was a result of admitting to two charges – the failure to cooperate with an investigation, and obstructing or delaying an investigation, under the anti-corruption code.
