After the Australian golfer Jason Scrivener shot a six under par 66, he was able to share the lead with Nick Flanagan as the Vic Open tournament is already at halfway stage.
Starting back from nine, Jason Scrivener scored six birdies as he moved to the top of the leaderboard while the previous leader Flanagan kept his pace with a round of 68 with 5 birdies and 1 bogey.
Jason Scrivener said, “This is two solid days work. It cannot be faulted. I played nicely and so I am looking forward to the weekend. Every time your game is in a good place and you are making cuts and putting yourself in contention; it is good for your overall confidence.”
Talking about his game improvement, he said, “over the last six months, I have made some big improvements in my game and it is steadily progressing for the last couple of years.”
