Derek Chisora has finally bounced back from his defeat against Derek Chisora last December as he won over Senad Gashi easily on points at the O2.
Chisora held an aggressive approach throughout the fight as he earned the unanimous decisions from all 3 judged who gave him scores of 100-90, 100-91, and 99-91 respectively.
The fight was a one-sided one where Chisora had the offensive approach while Gashi having a defensive strategy. Despite Gashi’s approach held him safe for 10 rounds, it was not enough to earn him the win in eyes of the ringside judges.
He still took a heavy beating of Chisora quite well and was even unfazed from the Chisora’s right punch in the 4th round. He saw few scars in the 5th round when Chisora cornered him.
Chisora did not seem tired even after the fight entered the 2nd half as he continued to dominate the rounds.
The 10th round saw the Briton Chisora unleashing a flurry of heavy punches but Gashi did not break under the barrage. Still, after the fight ended, the final scores from judges painted as to how the whole fight panned out.
As for next, Chisora now has some big names on his list with the Joseph Parker, the former world champion being the next possible opponent.
