Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia had an embarrassing moment on Friday during his Russia’s annual hockey exhibition.
66 years old Vladimir Putin was skating around the ice while waving to the fans in Sochi, Russia. Earlier he had a goal explosion at the gala of Night Ice Hockey League. This gala featured an All-Star game which presented every retired Russian NHL player as well as the business leaders.
Unfortunately for Putin, someone had placed a red carpet for him along the boards and he headed straight towards them.
Salva Fetisov, the Hall of Fame NHL defenseman hurried toward Putin to warn his country’s leader but he was a little too short on his warning.
Putin then took a huge stumble.
Still, no worries as Putin got back up as nothing happened and he continued to skate away while waving to the crowd.
