Audience at the Thursday night game of the St. Lucie Mets minor league baseball game reported the incident about the fire outbreak on social media.
It is still not clear as to how the fire actually broke out during the Independence Day’s firework show head at the First Data Field. As from the photos posted by people over social media, it seems that the fire broke outside of the stadium.
Media tried to have comment from the St. Lucie County Fire District but were not successful. Several posts from social media indicate that the fire was taken care of rather quickly after firefighters came to the incident very quickly.
