Ashes 2019, Day 2; Jos Buttler scores a fifty to help England following the batting collapse at The Oval on day one

The Day two of the Ashes 2019 competition between Enabled and Australia ended with England being at 271-8 English team was helped most by Jos Buttler who scored splendid fifty which is contrary to his batting collapsed in the Day One match at The Oval where the team collapsed at the mark of 205-7.

During the final session of the game, England lost 4 wickets rather quickly despite having been at a good mark of 169-3 at the tea time.

Still, captain of the team Joe Root scored 57 runs to have his 45th fifty of a test match to help the team to maintain their good form.

After the tea interval, Australia dried up the scoring spree of England as Pat Cummins bowled out Root for the consecutive time in a test match whereas Mitchell Marsh had 4 wickets while giving away only 35 runs.

Australia has already retained the Ashes by 2-1 as they head for their fifth and the final Test but they are hoping to have their clean sweep win over England for the first time in the last 18 years.
