Davis has 36 points, 13 boards, as Pelicans top Memphis by 114-95

The Monday night game of basketball between New Orleans Pelicans VS Memphis Grizzlies ended with Pelicans’ win by 114-95. New Orleans Pelicans The Pelicans were led by Anthony Davis who was the star of the night with his dunk filled outburst. He scored a total of 36 points with 13 rebounds and blocked three shots.

Davis talking about the game said, “That is how we were able to succeed at a year too, by playing defense. It leads us to get lots of transition points, break points and easy buckets and also the 3s.”

As for the Grizzlies, they were led by Mike Conley who scored 22 points with 10 assists. With this game, Grizzlies add the sixth game to their losing streak.

The second-year pro Frank Jackson of the Pelicans scored his season-high 17 points for the team. This was Pelicans second win in a row since their three-game winning streak back in mid-November.

Randall from New Orleans finished with his 15 points, Jrue Holiday finished for the night with his 13 points whereas Elfrid Payton scored 11 points.

From the Grizzlies side, JaMychal Green scored 16 points while Jaren Jackson Jr. added 12 points.

Up next, Memphis Grizzlies will host a game against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night while New Orleans Pelicans will host a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
