Antetokounmpo leads as Bucks push past Celtics by 123-102 to even the series

Giannis Antetokounmpo was attacking on the rim while Khris Middleton showed his skill on the long range with Eric Bledsoe presenting his own impressive performance on Tuesday night for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks were looking like the team they were supposed to be in the Game 2 of the Eastern Conference’s playoff semifinals on Tuesday night.

Antetokounmpo scored 29 points along with 10 rebounds while Middleton completed 7 of the Milwaukee’s playoff-high 20 three-pointer shots as the Bucks managed to even the second round playoff sires by 1-1 against Boston Celtics by winning the game by 123-102.

Antetokounmpo, who is one of the top candidates for being the NBA MVP this season, displayed the power game following his earlier 22 points from the game 1 loss of the Bucks.

As for Khris Middleton, he scored his own 28 points with Eric Bledsoe, who previously was held to mere 6 points in the series opener, scored 21 points along with 5 assists.

In the opening half of the game, Bucks led the game by as much as 30 points.

Mike Budenholzer said, “I think that is what we are most accustomed to seeing, I like our spirit, our activity and our competitiveness in our entire roster. Tonight, Giannis, Khris, and Bledsoe really set the tone for the game and the whole team. We need to capture this tone and take it with us to Boston and play our way up there.”

As for Boston Celtics, they were led by Marcus Morris, who scored 17 points while Jaylen Brown added in his 16 points with Al Horford scoring 15 points.

As for Celtics’ star player, Kyrie Irving, who scored 26 points along with 11 assists in the Game 1 to lead his team to victory, was forced to make only a mere of 9 points.

Game 3 between the two teams will be played in Boston on Friday night.
