Giannis Antetokounmpo had only one rebound in the first half as the Bucks lost their chance for the 16 boards.
However, Bucks were able to take charge of the game in the second half with Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Antetokounmpo said, we played a little harder, moved the ball and we did a better job of rebounding. We were running and getting to our spots and making some shots. That’s it.”

Budenholzer who was making his first appearance at State Farm Arena sink his departure from Hawks last season wished his former team well with some young blood like John Collins, Trae Young, Kevin Huerter and Omari Spellman.

As for Hawks, they were led by Young who scored 26 points while DeAndre Bembry scored 18 points for the team. The Hawks with this defeat have now lost 6 of their last 8 games. The Hawks’ Kevin Huerter said, “it’s a recruiting problem but I think that guys are just trying to make the plays. We were little careless with some possessions.”
Up next, Milwaukee Bucks will host a game against Miami Heat on Tuesday night while Atlanta Hawks will host a game against the OKC Thunder on Tuesday.
