In the Champions League opener between Bayern Munich and the Red Star Belgrade, the substitute of the Bayern Thomas Müller made a late highlight in the game as Bayern defeat Red Star by 3-0.

Müller came to the field as a substitution for Philippe Coutinho during the 83rd minute to score the goal in the first minute as he ran pas the defense of the opponents and spun around for a  volley to Thiago Alcantara’ free kick and move the ball past the Red Star’s Milan Borjan.

As for the end result of the game, it was already sealed by Robert Lewandowski during the 80th minute of the game from a goal made from the close range. Robert Lewandowski said, “We had the whole game in our control but still we did not availed many chances that we had. In the end we only had 3 goals and not 5 or 6 of them.”

In other matches of the Group B, Tottenham ended their game against Olympiakos in a 2-2 draw.
