At the Bellator 2017 match between James Gallagher and Steven Graham, Gallagher once again shone as he won over Graham with a submission win. The match was held in Dublin.
Gallagher aka “Strabanimal” was rebounding from his first career defeat and made it to show an instant impact over not only his opponent but the crowd as well.
In the opening round, Gallagher submitted Graham with a rear naked choke hold.
The 22 years old Gallagher completed his takedown in mere seconds as he worked his way to Graham’s back for a chokehold and never let go.
Graham tired to fight back as he briefly stood up but then fell back as Gallagher was still attached to his back. The next instant Graham tapped out giving a win to Gallagher.
With this win, Gallagher’s career record is now at 8-1.
