Eric Bledsoe started his game day on Friday with the contract extension. He ended his previous contract by leading his team’s 8th straight win and their 10th on the road.
Bledsoe scored 31 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks while Malcolm Brogdon scored 21 points as the Bucks defeated the LA Lakers by 131-120 on Friday night.
Bledsoe who has reportedly received 70 million dollars 4 years contract with Bucks said to media, “we have got a young talented team and we are growing together. We are competing for something bigger than ourselves and I just want to be part of it.”
Bucks, who are currently the best NBA team this season, had their hands full during the fourth quarter when the game was tied for 7 times during the last 7 minutes of the game.
LeBron said, “Everybody talks about Giannis leading the Bucks, but it is the supporting cast. They have supported Giannis with some great cast.”
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 16 points wh9ch is 35 points below his average along with 15 rebounds or the Bucks in this game.
James said, “We had our chances. We broke down individually down by the stretch.”
Lakers were being led by Brandon Ingram and LeBron James who both scored 31 points each for the team while James had 10 assists. Rondo also added his 20 points of the Lakers.
Milwaukee coach Mike Budenholzer said, “we were on kind of life support for the most of the first half, going into halftime and then in the third quarter. We managed to catch a good game in the third quarter and that’s where Bledsoe contributed his part greatly.”
Lakers managed to outclass Bucks in the first half by 15-9 with Kyle Kuzma’s 6 points as they ended the first half leading at 65-69.
Up next, Milwaukee Bucks will play against the Utah Jazz on Saturday for the back-to-back game. As for LA Lakers, they will be applying against the Phoenix Suns for a second game before returning home.
