The Friday night game of basketball between the Phoenix Suns VS LA Clippers ended with a win for the Clippers when they extended their dominance over the Suns once again as they defeated them by 121-111.
Gortat, after getting 18 points and 13 rebounds in his 25 minutes gameplay said, “You never know with Doc.
You just have to be ready and you will earn your minutes. If you play well, you might earn more minutes. That is all I am trying to do. Help the team to win.”
Danilo Gallinari and Lou Williams led the team with their 21 points each along with four other Clippers’ players finishing in double figures.
This was the Clippers’ third straight win against the Phoenix Suns this season and their 11th overall win in the series.
As for Patrick Beverly of the Clippers, he scored 16 points while Tobias Harris scored 16 points and Montrezl Hall scored 15 points.
As for the Suns, they were led by Devin Booker who scored 23 points while TJ Warren scored 20 points. With this game, Suns have now lost 5 games in a row.
Up next, LA Clippers will host a game against the Orlando Magic on Sunday while Phoenix Suns will host a game against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.
