Curry last-second layup with 0.5 seconds helps the Warriors clinch this win.
Curry scored 42 points for the night, which was his second-highest scoring output, this season o NBA. He also had a laugh with the Clippers guard Patrick Beverly that ended up getting both players a technical foul in the fit quarter.
The score as tied at 127 by Clippers Avery Bradley who scored a basket with 26 seconds to the game. However, Curry had Montrezl hall on top of the key as they drove down the middle of the line and coveted a layup off the glass to conclude the match in Warriors win.
As the game expired, Tobias Harris of the Clippers missed his shot and Golden State Warriors earned their eighth victory in their last 10 games.
Kevin Durant from Warriors side scored 35 points for the team.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr said, “that is just who they are. They are both aggressive and talented and they both have their incredible moments during the game when they each took over”.
As for the Los Angeles Clippers, they were led by Tobias Harris who scored 32 points while Lou Williams scored 25 points for the team.
Beverley talking about Clippers loss said, “We do not really take moral victories. We could have and we should have won today but the truth is we came up short”.
Despite Kevin Durant awkwardly rolled up his ankle during the first game, he stood up gingerly and remained in the game as he played with a wrap around his ankle.
Up next, Los Angeles Clippers will host a game against Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night while Golden State Warriors will host a game against Lebrun James and the Los Angeles Lakers in a marquee Christmas game on Thursday night.
