Delray Beach Open; Dan Evans beats Andreas Seppi to reach last four

Dan Evans managed to reach his third career ATP Tour title semifinal and his first since coming back after a 1-year ban. Dan Evans managed to cruise into the last 4 of the tournament after he defeated Andreas Seppi.

The British no. 3 enjoyed a great week in Florida as he managed to defeat the defending champion Frances Tiafoe in the first round of Delay Open Beach.

He continues on this winning spree after defeating Seppi by 6-4 and 6-4 to set his career first meeting against John Isner for the last-four showdown.

John Isner managed to cruise into last four after defeating Adrian Mannarino by 7-6 and 6-4.

Earlier this month Evans was beaten in the final of the Challenger Tour after he returned from a 12-month cocaine use ban since last April. With his current win, Evans is now to be at world rank no. 120 on Monday morning.

On the other hand at Marseille’s Open 13 Provence; the top seed of the tournament Stefanos Tsitsipas managed to reach the last 4 of the tournament where he will now face David Goffin. Other two semi-finalists are the unseeded players Mikhail Kukushkin and Ugo Humbert.
