Embiid leads Philadelphia 76ers 98-97 win over past Cavaliers

In the NBA game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Cleveland Cavaliers, Joel Embiid socred26 points which included his go-ahead dunk shot with only 13 seconds to the game that allowed for the Philadelphia 76ers to win over Cleveland Cavaliers by 98-97.

In this game, Josh Richardson of the Philadelphia 76ers scored 17 points while Ben Simmons added in his 15 points. Philadelphia 76ers won despite missing 30 of their total 38 3-pointer shots on the night.  Tobias Harris of Philadelphia 76ers missed all of his 11 3-pointers.

As for the Cleveland Cavaliers, they were led by Kevin Love and Jordan Clarkson, both of whom added I 20 points for the team. As for Collin Sexton of the Cavs, he scored 18 points with Tristan Thompson adding 17 points with 12 rebounds.

For the sot part of the game, Cavs were trailing behind the Philadelphia 76ers but then took advantage of the poor shooting from the 76ers which happened on more than 5 occasions.

With 3 minutes to the game, Cavs were in 97-92 lead but after that Cavs never scored another point. Harris was able to pull 76ers up with his follow layup and then score a 17-foot shot to score 1 point with 1:42 to the clock.

While Cavs had chances to score points after that, Love missed his close shots on the next possession.

After a minor timeout and only 36.6 seconds to the game, Brett Brown, coach of Philadelphia 76ers called for a high play as he matched Harris and Embiid near the basket. Embiid caught the ball and slammed a go head dunk to finish the game in a 98-97 win for the 76ers. Still, Cavs had the chance to win though game but the 3-pinter attempt from Love hit the rim.
