Tyson Fury is back to his winning ways as he displayed his spectacular skills in a Saturday night fight against Tom Schwartz at the Las Vegas MGM Grand arena with a second-round KO victory.
Fury was evidently a class above his opponent as he was able to drop his opponent to the canvas in the second round at first. After the German fighter could not answer Fry’s endless barrage of blows, the referee Kenny Bayless ended things prematurely in Fury’s favor.
Fury in his debut in Las Vegas for the expectant crowd was able to deliver a vicious and thrilling performance.
Fry aka “The Gypsy King” has been a sensational fighter all week as he dominated one of the famous venues of professional boxing. Fury made it to the ring by dancing as he was draped in the American flag and received cheers from the crowd.
As soon as the bell for the opening round was sounded, Fury pounced at his opponent and laid dead to the crowd’s thoughts that he may have underestimated his opponent. He quickly overcame his opponent in terms of both speed and ability.
Fury, who was clearly the taller of the two fighters, forced the German fighter to circle around for 3 minutes as he first hurled jabs with slowly throwing in hooks. As for Schwartz, he could only manage to land a single one of his left-hand punches that did not do much damage to Fury.
The British payer switched to Southpaw in the 2nd round and landed two wide hooks to the German opponent followed by an uppercut which barely missed Schwartz’s chin.
Schwartz managed to corner his tall foe for a little bit but Fury quick reflexes robbed him of any opportunity as he then unloaded a series of punches on to the German fighter.
With Fury being cheered up by the crowd, he unleashed his combination that floored Schwartz for the first time. German got back on his feet but he was clearly beaten. With 5 and a half minutes into the fight, the fight was waved off.
