Harden’s 31 points help Rockets win over 76ers by 107-91

Houston Rockets are finally back and this time they are on a roll. James Harden scored 31 points with 10 rebounds as he led the Houston Rockets to win over the Philadelphia 76ers by 107-91 on Friday night.

With this win, 76ers have extended their winning streak to a season-high 7 games.

Although harden has only missed 4 games this season, his other fellow teammates like Chris Paul and Clint Capela have both missed 19 and 15 games respectively in this season.

Mike D’Antoni, the Rockets coach said, “I think it is very obvious that with Clint, Paul and harden all fit and playing together they are in a rhythm and we are pretty hard to beat.”

Houston Rockets have improved to 21-9 on the season while they were 42-3 in the last season at this time.

Paul said, “Our pace and energy as of lately is very good. It is very comforting to be healthy.”

Brett Brown, 76ers coach said, “they did an excellent job of defending against us. I think with their 37-point lead in the first quarter set the mood for the night and we found it very hard to respond after that.”

As for Harden, he has now led the team for the 30th game with at least 30 points or more scored in the NBA’s leading list.

As for the Philadelphia 76ers, they were led by Tobias Harris, who scored 22 points while Ben Simmons, who has been dealing with flu-like symptoms, scored 15 points along with 10 assists and 9 rebounds.

This was the second straight loss for the 76ers.

As for Jimmy Butler of the 76ers, he scored 19 points with 9 rebounds while Boban Marjanovic sat out for the fifth straight game.

Up next, 76ers will be hosting a game against the Indiana Pacers while Houston Rockets will play against Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night.
