Diego Farias, the substitute of Lecce was sent off the field after only 14 minutes following his reckless challenge on Antonio Candreva and Nicolò Barella.

Conte said, “There was a spark tonight but now we must aim to become dynamite. We started well with the right intensity and the desire.”
