Man City at 2nd in English Premier League following 6-1 victory against Villa

In the English Premier League game of Manchester Cit VS Aston Villa, Sergio Aguero delivered a surprising performance for his team as the defea6t Aston Villa by 6-1 this Sunday. With this win, Manchester City now has the 2nd place in the standings of the English Premier League.

Beyond all the record is now the all-time top-scoring foreign player in the English Premier League with his 177 goals and also the one with most hat tricks scored with his 12 hat tricks. This 12th hat trick was scored by Sergio Aguero in this game for Manchester City.

Sergio Aguero said after the game, “I am so happy for this record. But I would like to thank my teammates who helped me immensely throughout this season. I am so very happy.”

Manchester enjoyed 71 percent possession and had 12 shots for goals while Villa only had 1 chance for a goal. With this defeat, Villa now drops to 18th place in the English Premier League as they will now struggle to avoid the relegation zone.

Sergio Aguero scored 3 goals for City along with his assist to Riyad Mahrez for his goals, which has now scored 2 goals for the first time in the English Premier League game in the last 16 months. Another goal for Manchester City was made by Gabriel Jesus on an assist from Kevin De Bruyne who has now 14 assists in this season which is 6 more as compared to any other player of the league.

City took the control of the game from the start but only scored after Aguero played during the 18th minute. 2 more of his goals came in the following 10 minutes and by halftime, City was already in 4-0 lead. It seemed as if City was looking to give the same performance as they delivered in the 8-0 win against Watford.

Villa could never hold a candle against the assault of Manchester City except scoring a consolation goal and that too after the score was already 6-0.
