In the opening month of the season, Milwaukee Bucks complained that they are not getting their due respect or attention in the league. Now all of this is about to change after what Bucks did to the defending champions; Golden State Warriors.
In one of their best performances ever, Bucks handed out a monumental defeat to the Golden State Warriors on national TV as they completely dismantled them by 134-111. This not only ended Warriors’ eight games winning streak of the season but is also their first defeat of the season at a home game on Thursday night at the Oracle Arena.
Even the fan crowd of Warriors started to empty out their seats in the fourth quarter as the time of the game end drew closer.
Bucks were led by Eric Bledsoe who scored 26 points and six assists for the night along with fellow team member Giannis Antetokounmpo whoa added in 24 points without even playing in the fourth quarter.
Draymond Green of the Warriors, who is one of their best guards, could not join this game because of his right toe sprain. It was because of his absence that Warriors could not respond to Bucks assaults.
Kevin Durant of the Warriors also did not play in the fourth quarter. He only added in 17 points to the team on Thursday night.
