On the Thursday night game of basketball between Utah Jazz VS Denver Nuggets, Mitchell and Korver led the Jazz for a win by 111-104 on Thursday night as they ended the Nuggets’ nine-game home winning streak.
Korver hit 6 3-pointers for team’s win as he scored 22 points for the Jazz who showed a lot of grit in the back-to-back game.
Utah Jazz led the third quarter with 18 points while seeing it trim down to mere 5 points with 8 minutes to the quarter. However, Korver came to aid the Jazz and led the team to their third straight win.
Mitchell said, “We thrive on moments like these. This is a testament to our team’s character.”
As for Denver Nuggets, they were led by Jamal Murray and Will Barton who both scored 21 points each. As for the All-Star big man Nikola Jokic, he finished for the Nuggets with 16 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists.
Up next, Utah Jazz will host a game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night while Denver Nuggets will be shooting the New Orleans Pelicans for a game on Saturday night as they wrap up their four-game homestand.
