Mychal Kendricks he linebacker for Seattle Seahawks has been suspended indefinitely by NFL from playing after his inlv0oemnt charges in insider trading case.
The decision was made after the league found Kendricks in violation of the personal conduct policy of the league.
28 years old Kendricks himself admitted in front of a federal judge in Philadelphia back in September that he has swapped cashed, NFL ticket and exclusive parties tickets with the help of his wall street associate. This associate helped him make quite a lot of profit by giving Kendricks access to non-pubic and market shifting information.
According to Prosecutors of the case, Kendrick has netted in a total of 1.2 million dollars in profit from his two years long arrangement with one former Goldman Sachs analyst. Sentence for Kendricks is set for scheduling on January 24th, 2018.
Seattle Seahawks signed Kendricks as their linebacker before the start of NFL week 2 after their linebacker K. J. Wright suffered from a critical knee injury. He played two games for Seattle and in both games he had sacks.
As for his career history, he has played with Philadelphia Eagles from years 2012 to 2017 and was also the part of the team when they won the Super Bowl LII last year.
He was released by Eagles and soon was signed on by Cleveland Browns for a 1-year contract. Browns decided to let Kendrick go after him being charged by federal prosecutors for insider trading charges.
Seattle already knew that a decision was coming as soon as Kendricks pled guilty in front of a judge. Unfortunately, this news has come at a very bad time for Seattle Seahawks as they have already placed their safety Earl Thomas and tight end Will Dissly both on injured reserve.
