Pistons make a comeback in the 4th to beat Suns by 118-107

Dwayne Casey seems a little perplexed by his team’s performance in the afternoon game.

The Pistons coach said to media, “we have got to drink some coffee in the morning and wake up a little early. Wake up as early as 6 am in the morning to have a morning shootaround, something to get us going”.

For three quarters on Sunday at the Pistons vs. Suns games, Pistons seemed content trading baskets but finally, they made a comeback in the fourth quarter to beat the Suns by 118-107.

From Pistons side, Andre Drummond scored 19 points and 16 rebounds and Blake Griffin added in 16 points and 11 assists for the night.

Phoenix Suns were led by Devin Booker with his 37 points while DeAndre Jackson added in his season-high 25 points with 13 rebounds. Reggie Jackson scored his 19 points with 8 assists from Pistons side.

T.J. Austin; the forward for Suns was ejected during the second quarter after receiving two technical fouls which were followed by an offensive foul.

Piston lost an afternoon game against Philadelphia Charlotte earlier this month and this game o theirs also started at about 4 pm in the afternoon. Booker scored his 21 points in the first half to lead the team for two quarters.

Suns will now host a game against Indian pacers on Tuesday night. As for Detroit Pistons, they will play against New York Knicks on Tuesday night.
