The Sunday night game of football for the NFC Championship between the LOS Angeles Rams VS New Orleans Slants ended with Rams win by 26-23.
The Rams managed to go through the Super Bowl LIII after they clinched the victory in overtime. The Super Bowl match will now be played Atlanta on February 3rd.
THE Rams made a comeback from a 13-0 deficit of the third quarter to even things out at 20-20 in the fourth quarter and then 23-23.
The game was sent into overtime as Greg Zuerlein kicked a 48-yard field goal with 19 seconds to the game. Ultimately Rams won the game with a 57 yarder.
New Orleans Saints seem right on being aggravated as they heard no call from the officials as to what happened in the fourth quarter.
With final two minutes to the game, Rams cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman made a clear pass interference penalty on receiver Tommylee Lewis, which was not flagged.
If the penalty had been called, it would have given the Saints a fresh start to clinch the victory.
However, it was Zuerlein who led the Rams with his field goal to move into the Super Bowl.
