Reuben Foster; the linebacker of the Francisco 49ers was arrested on Saturday night at the team’s hotel in Tampa based on the domestic violence charges. The team has released him on Monday morning.
Foster was detained by the Tampa Police on statuary night at the Grand Hyatt Hotel where the 49ers were staying ahead of their game against Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
The County Sheriff office told media that Foster was booked into the jail without bail.
24 years old Reuben Foster was the 31st pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and was also rated as one of the best prospects in his position.
Foster had previously been charged with domestic violence back in February for making criminal threats and possession of firearms. However, later these charges were dropped after his ex-girlfriend recanted her allegations.
