The Saturday night game of football between Seattle Seahawks VS Dallas Cowboys ended with Dallas’ win by 24-22.
Ezekiel Elliot rushed for 137 yards along with a go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter to give the Cowboys their Wild Card win.
Dallas’ defense was impressive on the night as they managed to suppress the Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and their no. 1 rushing attack for most of the night to give the Seahawks their first loss out of their first four Wild Card games.
Dak Prescott, the QB for Cowboys threw for 226 yards and had a 1-yard sneak score during the fourth quarter to stretch Dallas’ lead.
As for the Seattle, they had more bad news when Janikowski not only missed his 57-yard field goal on his final play but also injured his left thigh.
The plunge from Prescott and Elliot in the fourth quarter from Dallas’ side gave a major lead to the Cowboys and the hanged on till the victory to set up their divisional round clash against the New Orleans Saints or the Los Angeles Rams next weekend.
Cowboys also did not come off unscathed from this game as their receiver Allen Hurns suffered a severe left leg injury in the first quarter when his ankle came under the Seahawks’ safety player Bradley McDougald during the tackle.

Seahawks 3-3 Cowboys: Sebastian Janikowski made a 27-yard field goal.
Seahawks 6-3 Cowboys: Janikowski made a 42-yard field goal.
Seahawks 6-10 Cowboys: Dak Prescott made an 11-yard touchdown pass to Michael Gallup.
THIRD QUARTER
Seahawks 14-10 Cowboys: Russell Wilson made a four-yard touchdown run.
FOURTH QUARTER
Seahawks 14-17 Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliott made a one-yard touchdown run.
Seahawks 14-24 Cowboys: Prescott made a one-yard touchdown run.
Seahawks 22-24 Cowboys: Wilson made a seven-yard touchdown pass to J.D. McKissic.
