Thompson scores 43 to lead Warriors beat Knicks to snap their 3-game home skid

The Tuesday night game of basketball between Golden State Warriors VS New York Knicks ended with Warriors win by 122-95 as they broke their 3 game home skid.

Klay Thompson led the Warriors with his 43 points, seven of which were 3-pointers. As for Stephen Curry, he had his first double-double of the season with his 14 points and his season-best 14 assists.

Cousins after the game said to media that he is targeting the Warriors game against the Clippers on Jan 18th. Cousins is making a return after his left Achilles tendon surgery.

Kevin Durant of the Warriors, scored 24 points with 6 rebounds and six assists while Draymond Green scored 11 rebounds and 11 of his team’s 36 assists for the night.

As for the Knicks, they were led by Mario Hezonja who scored 19 points while Enes Kanter added in his 12 points along with 16 rebounds.

New York coach David Fizdale said of team’s defeat, “We grew some thick skin over this. We took some good lumps from some good teams”

With this win, Golden State Warriors against their games with New York Knicks have won 10 games in a row and five games in a row at home.

Up next, New York Knicks will host a game against the Indiana Pacers on Friday.  As for Warriors, they will host a game against the Chicago Bulls on Friday.
