Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the superstar player of the MLS team LA Galaxy backed u his big talk before team’s Friday’s game against their long-time rivals Los Angeles FC. During his interview, Zlatan said that he is by far the best player in the entire Major League Soccer and also that he was like a Ferrari among Fiats.
He made these comparisons while in the interview the interviewer added in the talk about leading scorer of MLS Carlos Vela.
As he did in the past, Zlatan backed up his words with his on-field performance.
During the matchup between the two of the biggest scorers in the league, Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his 2nd hat trick of the MLS as he led Galaxy to a 3-1 win against LA FC. This was the first match between the two teams for this season.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic said, “I have a lot of respect for Vela and he is a really good player. But you made one mistake when you compared him to me. This was your biggest mistake.”
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is currently the second scoring leader in the MLS with his 16 goals. During this match, he scored goals in 8th, 56th and 70th minutes. This is his first Hat Tick since his first one of the league which he made against Orlando City in the previous season.
From LAFC, Vela led the team with both goals scored by him but his team ultimately lost the game which is their 3rd defeat in their last 21 games.
