Cristiano Ronaldo was also amongst the group of spectators who were eager to watch the world no. 1 Novak Djokovic for his opening match at the ATP Finals in London.
Ronaldo is currently on a two weeks international break. He has is taking the break as he has not been called by the Portugal coach for the teams National League matches against Italy and Poland.
Apart from Ronaldo a host of many famous celebrities were attending this season ending event which is staying in London for the 10th time. Ronaldo was able to witness the opening match win of Djokovic over Jon Isner by 6-4 and 6-3.
Ronaldo was sitting alongside his son Ronaldo Jr. at the front row seats to get a spectacular view of the whole match.
When the media asked Djokovic about Ronaldo’s appearance he said, “I had the colors of his club on my clothes tonight. I am sure he would have been happy to see them. It is great to see a football star like him sitting in the court seats watching a tennis match. He used to watch mine, Roger and Rafa’s matches in Madrid. It is really really nice to see him here.”
