The duo of Britain’s Jamie Murray and Brazilian Bruno Soares have held their place for the third time at the ATP Finals Men’s double by making It to the semi finals of the ATP Finals in London.
Murray and Soares duo managed to gain the victory against Colombian players pair; Juan Sebastian and Robert Farah by 6-4 and 6-3 on Tuesday night.
The Murray-Soares duo defeated Michael Venus and Raven Klassen on Sunday and with this win they cannot be touched in group Llodra Sanatoro.
Murray after match told media, “We are really happy to have won and made it to the semi finals however the match is still a long way ahead. I think that we need to maintain the level of performance we did in the first couple of matches. In my opinion winning keeps the confidence going”.
Jaime Murray is the sole representation of Britain at the O2 after his brother Jaime Murray and Kyle Edmund both are absent from Men’s single at O2.
Murray and Soares pair is going to face the seventh seed Alexander Peya and Nikola Mektic duo for the final match of the group on Thursday.
