Lakers and LeBron were not planning of letting them self down with back to back night matches.
Lakers, which lost on Friday against the Spurs, were out to win their Saturday night match.
On the Saturday night game between LA Lakers VS. Memphis Grizzlies it was Lakers who came out victorious by 111-88 against the Grizzlies.
Lakers were led by both LeBron and Kuzma who both scored 20 points each for the night. James on top of his points added in his 9 assists and 8 rebounds whereas Kuzma added 9 rebounds and 7 assists along with a couple of blocks for the Lakers.
Kuzma after the game said to media, “at the end of the day we are still professionals. We come out on the court and our job is to give out energy no matter we are playing back to back or playing after a 40 minutes game or whatever”.
Other players of Lakers like Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Josh hart both added in their 16 points each while JaVale McGee finished for the night with his 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Memphis were led by Wayne Selden on the night with his 17 points while Mike Conley added in his 12 points as he struggled on the field. Conley shoot only 4 of his 12 shots for the night.
Memphis were also playing a back to back game as they came off winning against New Orleans Pelicans on a Friday night.
Up Next Lakers will host a game against Miami Heat on Monday whereas Memphis Grizzlies will face Denver Nuggets on Monday.
