The Sunday night game of football between the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans ended with a dominant 41-7 win for the Ravens. Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens was once more able to shine in this match as he scored 4 TDs with his 308 rushing yards.
With this win, the Baltimore Ravens are now 8-2 on the season and they have managed to extend their lead over the Texans who are now 6-4 on the season with this loss. For the Baltimore Ravens, they are one of the top seeds for the AFC with their performance being dominant in both offense and defense.
The woes for the Texans started on the very first play when Deshaun Watson made a fumble at the midfield causing Matt Judon to have the ball free. Baltimore Ravens could not take advantage of this even after Justin Tucker made a huge field goal.
Both of the teams played for the 1st quarter with restraint as Watson only had 41 yards and Jackson only getting 1 TD with 12 yards in the air. It was the 2nd quarter when the Baltimore Ravens defense popped up and they did not look back after that.
Even after Texans punted, Baltimore Ravens made sure to be back and then double the lead. Jackson managed to score with the ball being fired to the right end of the team from 18 yards.
For the start of the 2nd half of the game, Ravens got the best field position as Jackson made his 3rd TD of the night. He then made 1 tackle break and then scored to make the scoreboard sign to shine 21-0.
In total, Baltimore Ravens were able to score 263 rushing yards with their impressive defense coming up with 7 sacks.
