Denmark coach; John Jensen praises ‘Heroes’ on their ‘Best Defeat’

Denmark lost the match against Slovakia while there team was comprised of low leaguer and futsal players.

Manager of Denmark team; John Jensen praised the 24 heroes of Denmark team for their career best defeat when they lost against Slovakia with 3-0.

Denmark was up against Slovakia in an international friendly match. In this match Denmark team was consistent of low league players because the Denmark’s Football Association was under a contract dispute with the national football team.

This makeshift of a Danish team was captained by Christian Offenburg who is only a third division forward. The team lost the match with 3-0 which was held at Trnava. Manger of Denmark’s’ makeshift team praised the heroes for this defeat as the team was not led by players like Christen Erikson and Kasper Schmeichel who previously led Denmark into World cup for 16 times.

After the match John Jensen; Danish team’s manger told media that, “We got these 24 heroes in only a minimal time of 48 hours and put them up to play against Slovakia which was comprised of world class players. These payers previously only had experience to play in very, very low division. I am not only proud but also shocked at the impressive Gameplay of the players that were on the pitch and those that were not on the pitch. Their friendship and what they did on the field; is simply astonishing and I will never be able to forget this defeat of theirs. This happens to be the best defeat of my career”.

For the upcoming UEFA nation League; Denmark is set to face the Wales later this Sunday.

Denmark might have to rely on these same players if the dispute between Danish Player Union and national Federation soon do not come to a resolve.
