Kyle Edmund has made it into the final of the Eupnoea Open after defeating Richard Gasquet with a straight sets win on Saturday. British no. 1 is now set to face off Gael Monfils in the final.
The top seed of the tournament in Antwerp, Edmund defeated his French opponent Richard Gasquet by 6-3 and 6-4 in one hour and 34 minutes.
Another Frenchman of the event, Monfils made it into the finals after defeating the second seed Diego Schwartzman in also a straight sets win by 6-3 and 6-4.
Edmund; the British no. 1 is looking to win his first ATP Tour Title.
Edmund received a walkover into the semi finals after his opponent Ilya Ivashka was forced to retire due to a thigh injury.
