Hatem Bin Arfa; the former Newcastle Forward is set to join the French side of Rennes.
31 years old Ben Arfa had been playing as a free agent after he was released by Paris Saint Germain at the last seasons’ end. He was in one year contract with Brittany Club ever since.
The ex winger of Marseilles only played for Ligue 1 champions during the 2016 to 2017 season.
The former member of France International told reporters that, “I learned a lot in Paris. This last year was certainly very complicated but still one can learn from each of their experience. We fall and we get up; we fall and we get up again. Now because of all this; today I am pretty confident”.
Ben Arfa joined the PSG back in 2016after his impressive stint with Nice. There he scored total of 18 goals during the 2015/2016 season.
Rennes was able to finish fifth in Ligue 1 last year and currently is in for the group stages of Europa League this year.
