Inter tops Milan by 2-0 for keeping their perfect start of the Serie A

Antoniou Conte, who is the longtime fan of Juventus and the former player and the coach for Bianconeri, could be the one that could take the title of the Serie A from hands of the 8-time defending champions.

Conte went over to Inter Milan, the staunchest rivals of Juventus in the offseason. While it is still early to say anything concrete about the starting campaign of Serie A, the Saturday night game between Inter Milan and AC Milan ended with a 2-0 win for Inter at the Derby della Madonnina.

Cont said, “As I have always said and I will continue to say, today I am the first fan of Inter. I do not sleep just because of Inter and I will give it my all as I have done so in the past for Italy, Juventus, and Chelsea.”

Both teams made goals in the first half but they were both ruled out. The deadlock between the team was broken after Nerazzurri deflected a shot into the goal post from his teammate Marcelo Brozovic.

As for the winning goal of the game, it was scored by Romelu Lukaku during the 78th minute of the game which marks his 3rd goal in the last 4 matches of the Serie A.
