Not only did Kawhi Leonard have another one of his NBA championship rings but he also led the win for the LA Clippers.
Leonard scored 23 points for his return match in Toronto while Lou Williams added in his 18 points to let the LA Clippers won over Toronto Raptors by 112-92 on Thursday night. this was the 3rd straight win for the LA Clippers.
Maurice Harkless of Clipper scored 14 points whereas Paul George also helped with his 13 points as the Clippers now remain 6-6 on their road-game record.
Before the start of the game, Kawhi Leonard was presented with his Championship Ring for the 2018-2019 season during which he helped his former team to win over Golden State Warriors to win the first NA titles for Toronto Raptors.
The ceremony started with a pregame video tribute after which the former coaches and teammates of Leonard gathered at the center court in a circle while the arena roared in approval. Leonard then embraced each player before he was presented the ring by Kyle Lowry of Toronto Raptors. Wearing the ring on his finger, Leonard then raised the arms and waved to the crowd.

Leonard said, “It was a really great moment. They did a great job of putting it all together for me, having all of the players that won beside me, standing there and then presenting me the ring. It was special seasons for me, for us, for the whole city and the country. I am glad that we were able to win it. it was a true blessing.”

Kyle Lowry who handed the diamond-studded ring to Leonard said he was planning to have dinner with him after the game. He said, “He has helped this franchise do amazing things and he got his ring.”
Up next for the LA Clippers will be a road game against the Minnesota Timberwolves while Raptors will host a game on Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets.
